P&G’s Challenge on Product Labeling

Updated: Aug 5, 2021

P&G is looking for a solution to reduce the environmental contribution of local product customization.

Description

The law in Israel states that on-the-shelf consumer goods need to have regulatory text printed in Hebrew on the package. As many of P&G’s products are manufactured and packaged abroad this requires as to add stickers on the product potentially creating a barrier for recycling and adding material waste. P&G is looking for a way to comply with these requirements, while minimizing the use of additional packaging elements.
